About Us

Norstar Industries opened for business in January 1985. The company was initially started as a supplier of ice and snow control equipment (plows, spreaders, etc.) and mobile hydraulics and controls to government agencies in the Pacific Northwest. In 1988 we started building computerized chemical injection roadside weed sprayers. A few years later we started building anti-ice/deicing sprayers. Our shop, parts, sales and engineering people have many years of experience and technical expertise in building and supporting our roadside weed sprayers, deicing sprayers, and related ice and snow control equipment. In addition, our technicians are experts at putting together power and control systems for mobile equipment.
