The Advantage of Brine Masters
Most brine makers measure their solution through conductivity which is unreliable for solutions over 20%. Instead, Brine Masters monitors the concentration using a highly reliable density meter which they developed in-house to be “nearly indestructible.” How tough is it? It comes with a 5-year warranty.
Brine Masters’ is a continuous system which means the brine is not made in batches. Brine is being made continually and is always on tap. Volumes are not limited so trucks never have to wait for the next batch.
Brine Masters systems are truly automated. They can be loaded with salt and started up. Brine Masters refers to this as “set it and forget it.” The system then makes the brine at the desired concentration without any human intervention and can be monitored remotely.
Brine Masters’ modular design means the components are easy to maintain and replace. The patent-approved salt hopper design allows for lower salt quantities. The software is all user friendly. The machinery has a small footprint and is easy to install.
