Our Chemical Injection Spray System training video library got even better this week with the addition of three new maintenance videos – regular maintenance, winterizing your system, and solenoid-regulator maintenance.
Our video training library is part of an ongoing strategy at Norstar – to provide online, self-serve support that is available whenever and wherever it’s needed, 24/7.
In surveys, customers identified maintenance as a helpful topic to their teams and we are happy to be able to deliver these videos:
Spray System Maintenance Video
Perform daily, weekly, and as-needed maintenance including removing build-up on the spray nozzles, inspecting tanks and lines, and lubricating pump tubes.
Winterizing Your System Video
Protect the sprayer from damage during extreme cold weather by introducing RV antifreeze throughout the system.
Solenoid and Regulator Maintenance Video
Disassemble, clean, and inspect the solenoid valve and clean the pressure regulator screen.
The maintenance videos supplement the step-by-step manual that came with your system, providing easy-to-view demonstrations.
Aside from the new maintenance videos, our library includes overall system operations, our bullet-proof chemical pump, the in-cab controls, error messages, calibration of the chemical injection system, and quick answers to common questions.
