When I purchased Norstar four years ago, I knew that a Norstar video library would be an important enhancement to our customer support – both in training and problem solving.
While Norstar provides in-person operator training when a truck is delivered, we wanted to be able to provide up-to-date training for new operators, as well as a resource for their questions.
And while Norstar welcomes troubleshooting calls from customers, we want to make sure that their routine questions are answered any time, 24/7.
So, this month we are happy to roll out the first videos in our video library.

We recognize that our customers are more sophisticated, more tech savvy than they used to be. Video plays a larger role in all our work. We will continue to grow our Norstar video library to meet the needs of our customers, now and in the future.
