TASC Error 5 Pump-F
Last Updated On
Print Problem
The TASC console displays an Error 5 Pump-F condition while attempting to spray.
Definition
An Error 5 Pump-F condition means that the TASC console cannot control the carrier application rate or the control valve is not responding.
Solution
Norstar injection sprayers do not use a control valve to control the carrier rate.
The solution is to set the carrier rate to 0 and set the console to the manual override mode.
- Turn the TASC display selector to Carrier Application Rate.
- Flip the mode switch to setup.
- Adjust the application rate to 0.0.
- When you return to operate mode, the TASC display should read Flow Contl Off Auto.
- Resume spray operations.
